GET TO KNOW ME

Born and raised in Minnesota, to Uruguayan and Norwegian parents, I have 20+ years of experience as an HR and Operations leader for a regional bank, a staffing company, an education technology start-up, and for a large-scale sports and event organization,  where I co-created a comprehensive intern program.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 40 with no family history, I realized that life is too short not love what you do!  I was inspired to start my consulting practice to help people grow, develop and find rewarding careers.

I look forward to working with you!

Why the hummingbird logo?  They are tiny but mighty (like a small-business owner)! They also happen to be my late grandmother's favorite bird and she is my biggest inspiration.  She had many talents, never complained and spread kindness to everyone she met.

My grandma was also a philanthropist, so as part of my mission to pay it forward, a portion of my proceeds will be donated to an organization that was instrumental in my breast cancer recovery, The Firefly Sisterhood
